The team here is outstanding from customer service all the way to the drivers Mrs Charlotte has went out her way to make sure everything was on track. A few hiccups from shipping that was Beyond Fergusons control. She also stayed on top of the reps to make sure everything was being sent out as promise on time you cannot go wrong with not doing business with Ferguson. Anybody could walk into Lowe’s and Home Depot but I promise you nobody will get the same customer service as you get from Ferguson. I can’t wait to my next part of my remodel to come back a grown up toy store. Thanks again Ferguson Mandeville.

Went to get more plumbing parts for our other bathroom and was told they didn't carry the parts that we were trying to get which was puzzling because we talked to same guy when purchasing the exact same parts as before. We are certain that it was the correct store as the debit card used show the date and amount of money spent. Think it was lunchtime and he didn't want to be bothered.

Our kitchen sink faucet broke and while researching for a replacement, other local stores and online stores wouldn't have the one we picked in for 3-6 weeks! We obviously couldn't have a broken sink for that long. Ferguson's price was comparable to others and we got the faucet within 2 days! Thank you!
