Constantly out of medication and long wait times on prescription being filled. They say it’ll be about 45-60 mins you leave and come back later and your order hasn’t been started yet. Other times they say they haven’t received a prescription. I now brought in a handwritten prescription to see if that would change how long it took and that didn’t change a thing. I’ll be transferring to a different location or Walgreens after today.

Cvs on Hwy 22 in Mandeville has the best Pharmacy. Everyone is ready to help and serve you. I am very thankful to them for their patience and politeness.

Horrible pharmacy! Don't go here! I was shorted over and over again and blamed for it. They allowed me to go nearly 2 weeks without my medication before realizing that they had actually shorted me a full 30days of the medication! Also I suspect they are dispensing bad drugs. My last fill of thyroid medication tasted like dead/ rotting meat. This is not supposed to taste like this, so I suspect it was bad. Stay away! Go somewhere else!

This is THE worst Pharmacy!!!! Bar none! They are slow and unprofessional. If yuh showed up here at closing time and told them it was kids or death you would die. I’m not exaggerating. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Id give them -5 stars if possible.

Went in today on Father’s Day and they have the self checkouts now. Asked the cashier to remove an item that I no longer wanted as the price wasn’t what I expected and was very rude and complaining about me not having a cvs care credit card to reduce the price and told her I don’t shop here frequently was just getting a card for my father and continued to have an attitude and complain about how I stopped her from doing her job to remove the item I no longer wanted. Did not catch her name but service was awful and she was very rude especially since I’m the one checking myself out and just needed an item removed. I didn’t choose her job, she did but be rude to me???

Call was answered promptly on a Sunday. I am traveling and out of a pertinent medication. The pharmacy employee who answered the phone was courteous and helpful, it is 3:15 and they close at 6 p.m. She knew I need this today and she promised it for 6. Experience was great on the phone and at store.

They were trying to charge my wife for some pills that we never had to pay before because they were covered by Medicare, we had to call People's health to get it straight. Understaffed.

This location's pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked. The past few years it's gone downhill...even before Covid. The front of the store seems to function great minus the occasional finding an employee to check out but the self check out seems to alleviate that. I'd go elsewhere for prescriptions even to just another CVS location.

The worst establishment in the south. This place demands a driver's license instead of a state issued ID?????

I checked online for a product before driving to the store (Isopropyl alcohol). It showed In Stock, not Low Stock.

ZERO STARSThe manager at this store is great, the Nigerian man, he greets you, says hi, says can I help you, can I find anything for you, and does a great job at customer service. The OTHER people that work there, especially the new lady up front with short brunette hair that is new is horrible. She is rude, gives poor customer service and right in front of the manager. When she asks you a question, you say "no"; she does it anyway, completely opposite of what you said, it's like I said "no"; she's like oh, ok, I thought you said.........its like, I said "no". What part of "no" do you not understand? No means no; "No."When you repeat it, "no"; she's like, oh ok and cops an attitude. She can only be mad and upset at her own ignorance and lack of listening skills.Learn to ACTIVELY LISTEN; it's different than hearing someone.Actively listen, you may learn something. No means "no".

Standard fare for a Drug Store/Pharmacy. If you are not a member of the rewards program, expect the cost of many items to be nearly double the “yellow tag” cost. Why not just give everyone the better price? Winn Dixie gives the non-rewards members the scan and the discount. CVS can do better.
