I don’t know why your staff has to be so rude, guy at the front made me feel like an idiot for not knowing exactly what to do with the self checkout. Won’t be coming here again

The pharmacy didn't get one of my medications in before my prescription ran out. They went above and beyond to track down somewhere who had it in stock for me so I didn't do without it. They were extremely helpful and very nice about it.

If I could give them one stars I would. They change pharmacist left and right, half the time they have CVS workers instead of pharmacy techs help them, but you can't always claim that you don't have enough workers cause there's been numerous of times where there was five or more people back there and they were still not on the same page, disorganized, etc. I don't even live in the same area anymore but I had to fill my dogs prescription and they mentioned to go to this one because they had it in stock, I bring the script on a Wednesday. It's now Saturday and they still had no idea what was going on. It took like 25 minutes for them to even find the script only to tell me that they didn't order it, but that they could send the script over to somewhere else I did have it even after I asked them on Wednesday and Thursday if another store had it and they kept saying that they're gonna get it in Thursday or Friday

Horrid experience! My prescription was sent in, but after it not being filled, I called only to find out that they didn't even have record of my doctor sending it in. So I called, and was on hold for so long that the voicemail picked up. I drove to the store. Two technicians behind the counter. Not a single person in line, no one in the drive-thru. The pharmacy techs are having a personal conversation about restaurants. So, that was what was so important that you couldn't answer a customer call? One technician noticed me, but did not say anything to me. He and his little buddy just kept talking. I waited to be acknowledged, and they couldn't be bothered. I listened and waited, and finally had enough. The female pharmacy tech said, "I like red curry!" And I said, "I LIKE BEING HELPED WHEN I WALK UP TO A COUNTER." So now I'm giving attitude (I'll admit that), and she comes up to the counter with the same attitude. She told me they were still waiting on my doctor to send in the request. I said, "That's funny, because I have the proof she sent it in right here." And held up my phone to show her THE NOTIFICATION THAT MY MEDICINE WAS SENT THE DAY BEFORE. According to them, my medicine is unavailable, and I probably won't be able to get it filled until next week. So please tell me WHY my doctor found the medicine at a different pharmacy, not more than a mile from this location? This is embarrassing.

The slowest pharmacy ever. Only ywo people working. They themselves looked to be on drugs. I'd use another pharmacy if you had a choice.

Worst customer service that I've ever had at a CVS. Called in for a refill of a.medication that is very important to be taken on a regular routine. The pharmacy didn't have enough curtacee to call me back and letting me know that they no longer take payments from Medicare !! So two days after the refill was called in.I went to pick it up and that's when I was informed that it wasn't filled. The reply that I was given was, OH Well Not My Problem! I've never been treated like this before by a Health Care Provider!!! I'll never go back for anything else. And will inform everyone from Managers to Corporate Offices all the way to God almighty!!! The treatment that was received from CVS.

Waiting on a pharmacy line 3 different times and never got to speak to pharmacydepth. Waste of time. I'll go somewhere else.

Don’t bother calling to check on your prescription. They’ll put you on hold for a long time. When they finally come back to you at 7:40pm, they’ll tell you they received the prescription (which was called in at 6:00pm) but they haven’t filled it. Then they’ll remind you that they close promptly at 8:00pm and hang up on you mid-sentence. I would try going somewhere else.

Came to get my 2nd co vid vaccination... I was declined... My card even told me to return here and their hotline.... Very dissappointed. Free for everyone? Hardly. Very Dissappointed.

Less than impressive service…. Super slow to refill a scrip & rude employees on top.... Better off at Walgreens or WinnDixie…

Three strikes you're out! The pharmacy staff themselves are nice, and helpful. However, the actual pharmacy needs some major work. The first issue I had was driving into town to pick up my meds (at 10 AM) and the pharmacy wasn't open yet because someone failed to show up to work on time, the person with the keys. So I wasted a trip and had to come back again later in the evening. And now twice I have waited OVER 40 minutes in the drive-thru line. Again, living out of town this is not convenient at all. When I come to pick up my meds, I can't just come back later every time. Very frustrating.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy! They never answer the phone, prescriptions are never ready on time and the staff is rude. I switched my entire family over to a local pharmacy and have been much happier.

Slow, poor customer service. Sat at the drive up window today for 25 minutes. Pharmacy employee 5 ft from me at eye level. Was never acknowledged or helped in any manner. Drove away in disgust, felt like laying on the horn. Just poor, poor customer service.
