“My last 2 interactions at the bank were handled very expertly and it deserves a note. 1st over a year ago Bradley helped explain a thoroughly unsatisfactory outcome of a problem I had - that had nothing to do with the bank. He was understanding and knowledgeable and helped me to feel listened to and understood. THATS why I chose to return to this branch when I had another issue that required a bit of hand holding. SHOUT OUT to Ariane branch ambassador who came through for me.
