My GPS took me to the tourist center instead of the hotel. I called to get directions. Joann at the front desk answered and readily gave me directions. I arrived and she greeted me, "you must be Julie! I am Joann." Joann was super helpful and friendly! I would recommend the Comfort Suites because of the customer service and location!

Ann at the front desk greeted me as if I was home. She was extremely helpful, advising of hotel points and benefits. Rooms were clean and nicely designed. This Comfort Suites sets the tone for ALL others in the industry. Thanks Ann!!

We rent 2 bedrooms.
Very ? adjustable temperature.
Comfortable beds, television ? desk, small living room, closet with door, large bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, hand bar soap, enough towels and toilet paper, very clean, just a small defect in the tile.
Good aroma throughout the place. The lady at the reception very friendly
Good breakfast ? fresh water with ? and a small pantry in case you want to buy something like lint remover pills etc etc.
Rooms: There is a microwave, clothes iron, coffee maker, hair dryer, lights of different intensity in the armchair so someone can sleep more comfortably.

It took us 2 times to find the entrance of the building which was unfortunate. Once we checked in the front desk lady was very helpful and gave us extra pillows and blankets. Once we entered the room we noticed a musky pine scent which was off putting. But what was nice is that every room comes with a couch pull out bed which made things more comfortable. The bathroom did not have great lighting the toilet handle was falling off and the caulking in the shower was filled with mildew.The mattress was firm but still acceptable. The breakfast was not well managed we came an hour before closing and most things were empty with nobody there to replenish it.
Nearby activities: It's within walking distance of a waffle house and a sonic.

Stayed here for a family reunion and loved the location. Best sleep I had in awhile. The lobby smelled amazing and our room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked with plenty different items. Very convenient area with food choices if you do not want to go far. The front desk staff was so kind and friendly. WILL BE BACK!!!

We were on phone over an hour to get price difference refunded. We paid higher prices as a valued choice premier member then a regular person booking online, I called after being told by front desk at check in that I needed to talk to a manager the following day to get this taken care of. After calling choice and the Mandeville hotel a few times, the manager at this location refused to credit the difference and hung up on me after stating she was refusing to credit the difference. She was a Very rude manager which is sad since the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful.
The Hotel did smell everywhere like urine and room was hot. Location was good as we were traveling back to Texas and needed a hotel close to freeway.
We Will never stay at a comfort again.

As a truck driver just passing through I found the room to be a little musty, bathroom could use some work, refrigerator barely working, I ocation was okay as far as getting food. All in all decent night sleep if you can handle vehicles passing on an interstate.

Room smelled moldy, stains on sheets. Lumpy mattress covers, door lock didnt work, no breakfast S saud,....too much to say...we usually love comfort inn but not this one. Location good, other hotels in the area get one of those

The worst bed of my life, a bed with a literal hole in the middle, a completely useless mattress. I have never returned to this hotel in my life. throw away my money

It’s very clean and quiet. There’s a shopping center with places to dine and shop near by. I stay here frequently when visiting family. It’s pushed back off the main road so it’s quiet. There’s immediate access to the highway. New Orleans is about 45 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bedding is crisp and very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. There’s a nice pool and gym room.

Odor was really bad in elevator that only worked once and in the halls. You don’t smell it at the front desk area but as you walk further down it will get stronger. It was also in the rooms and nothing you spray will make it leave your nose. I work for a foot doctor so smells don’t get to me easy but this was not okay. Price wasn’t bad I wish I would have paid an extra 40 bucks to stay across the street though. You get what you pay for I guess.

Front desk services were beyond excellent very nice people. Was there 3 days because of a death in the family . They made you feel very welcomed they make you feel like family definitely will stay there again. ???
