This branch is an absolute joke, as are most branches of this pitiful banking institution. I have been banking with Chase for over 30 years and in the middle of a medical emergency where I needed cash ASAP, the extremely rude Branch Mgr refused to allow me to withdraw any money because my DL was expired by less than two weeks, even after providing my address, SSN, check/check book, credit cards, several local Hospital/Medical Facility ID's, and even my concealed carry ID. This is all occurring while their ATM out of order and the next branch being 45 minutes away. i will be withdrawing all funds and switching banks ASAP! By far the most unprofessional service I have ever received!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time you go in, you see a different banker, and get told differing information. You return with the form they give you(assuring you that you need nothing else) only to be told oh yes you need yet another form or another document. Never seen this extreme information discrepancies at any other bank.

As ATM go, this is pretty standard. There is a traffic light to help you get to the machine which makes it easy since 190 is always busy. If you use an ATM and are in front of me, learn how to use the machine. It is a pain in the ass to sit behind some knucklehead who is trying to figure out the ATM as if it is the space shuttle.
