The ladies in the office made my day so much better. Communication was amazing between the shop and insurance company. Definitely will be using CarStar Elite if I ever need any body work done.
Keep up the amazing work ladies because you really made such a big difference in my mood about the whole situation. I just got my car back and Beauty is Beauty again. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car and fingers crossed I won’t need you anytime soon. I know who to call when I will though.

I'm always very leery of any type of car repairs but after meeting Dana and her staff, my concerns were gone! Dana walked me through the process, step by step, and was very thorough and professional..
The work was completed in a timely manner and my car looks fabulous! I would recommend them highly to anyone needing car repair!

CARSTAR Elite of Northshore is five star experience all the way from their professionalism to the way treat there customers. I was in my first major accident and didn't have a clue about the process. I got a phone call telling me my insurance had sent over an assignment for my car. I got my car over to them . I walked into their office and from the moment I walked I got a since of calm I mean i was already upset about my car but it was great to just instantly feel calm. I was first greeted by their reception Vanessa who got me setup with a appointment very quickly may I add plus she was such delite to speak with almost made me forget why I was there thank you for that anyway I got my appointment and I walked feeling pretty good about the situation which after dealing with an accident that's nice to feel. I returned for my appointment and I I Met Dana she was very knowledgeable and was a very easy to speak with and when she was done explaining their part of the process ishe asked if I had any questions I told her no and thank her. I'm delighted to say everything worked at well with my claim. CARSTAR Elite just made their part of the process less stressful and that's why I'd recommend CarStar Elite to family and friends thanks again for all the help.

From start to finish CARSTAR Elite was fantastic! They kept me informed every step of the way, worked with the insurance, worked with my dealership to make sure nothing voided my warranty, and even finished ahead of schedule. I'd give them a million stars if I could!

Not a fan. Won’t use again. Pricing for repairs was absurd… to the point where it seemed like they didn’t want my business. No response from email request. Wasn’t made aware of $200+ fee just to put together an initial quote but was made aware of much larger fee to put together a more detailed quote. Like I said, not a fan and would recommend looking elsewhere.
