My daughter and I dropped in to pay for my family plan while out running errands. Fast and courteous. Easy peasy. Note: if you want to have an associate assist in the paying of your services for the month, the cost is now $4. Still better than what the other carriers charge. Overall a pleasant experience.

Been with boos for almost 2 years never had an issue with them... Costumer service at the store is the best the girls are very knowledgeable and helpful. The people that complain about the $3 fee “just to pay in the store” should try paying a bill at T-Mobile which is $10 fee, or just learn how to pay online!And for the people that complain about the prices at the store is the same people that kept me waiting an hour the other day because they had a defective phone from Walmart.

No real perks at stores for loyalty. All good perks go to new customers. Not paying boost mobile store's prices when I get get better at Walmart.

I've been with Boost for 4 years, and I've rarely had a problem with the service. The Associates are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I'm completely satisfied with Boost Mobile.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service handled by knowledgeable pros at the Mandeville Boost store!!!I have been with Boost Mobile for several years, and haven’t had many problems with them. However, when I wanted to add a phone line to my account, I stopped in at the Picayune store on Hwy 43 N, I was blown off by the young girl working there! Yep, I was pretty discussed, when I left there!!! So we went to the Boost Mobile store in Mandeville, on Hwy 59. We were helped with immediate and excellent customer service. Enrique worked the order with no problems and much knowledge! We did not leave until the job was finished efficiently! He made my frown turn upside down, LOL!! Yep, I was a happy customer! Then I came into the same store with a real problem!! I downloaded an app on my phone, “RoboKiller”, and as soon after I did that, my phone quit receiving incoming calls! I tried to fix it through contacting RoboKiller since they were the ones who messed up my phone, I didn’t receive any help from them, besides a few automated emails from a robot! I was frantic to get my phone back in working order so I took my phone to Boost in Mandeville again, because I received such great customer service the last time I went there. Ellie, who was working, took my phone and worked on it for a few minutes and she fixed it! The problem was so bad, that I thought my phone had gotten a virus from the app that I had downloaded, and I seriously thought I would have to change my phone number to start receiving phone calls again! BUT , nope!!! Ellie fixed my phone and and I left very happy! My thanks to Enrique and Ellie for being so knowledgeable and kind to me!! Excellent store!!! I recommend them to ALL Boost customers!!Regards,Pam

Poor customer service, very dishonest. They contradicted themselves so many times... I would not recommend this store to anyone and will be taking my business somewhere else , along with sending my friends/family to another location where integrity still exist, honestly I wouldn't even give them one star bc Their poor morals do not even deserve that.

They do not accommodate people with disabilities. Especially, when there is no one around to protect the individual covered under the ADA Act. So many typos, overcharges, and unjustified lies, only to charge 308 dollars for 2 outdated cell phones. One of which May be fake, Chinese replicated. No discounts were applied. We were having immediate issues with the phones that night. When we got home. I am in bed with MRSA. It's located near a Fab laundro mat, jk. They refused to give a return on monetary value, of which all we wanted to do was upgrade. Also, we have been over paying on our account for a month, none of the refer a friend discounts were applied, and neither, were the student discounts. Also,. When we first arrived the associate asked my husband's and I, SSI # and credit card info. Before the transaction took place.
