Jen and her staff were so incredibly helpful! I went in with a vision, they showed me dresses that aligned with it, and then, when we weren't loving what I thought we would, they helped me regroup and find dresses that my girls and I all loved! Would definitely recommend Bella Bridesmaids to anyone! Looking forward to working with them again in a few short months for our flower girls!

The average women is a size 14-16 I went to this location hoping to be able to try on a bridesmaid dress but I was very wrong. I tried on a 14 and requested a bigger size and they had me wait ten minutes and came back with one dress. The worker was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Dress didn't fit even after driving all the way there to get measured. what is the point of measuring if the dress shipped still didn't fit? confused on this. Asked to be sized up and it still wasn't enough... Also the dresses are made to order, but they're literally charging $325++ for dresses from China that maybe take $20 to make. I won't be back. Quality isn't great nor sizing. If you order and have boobs 36D++ definitely go up 2-3 sizes then get it taken up if needed to help you not waste more money.

When I got engaged I knew I would be getting my bridesmaids dress from Bella Bridesmaids! I have bought several bridesmaids dresses from them for weddings I have been in, so I knew how easy they were to work with! Highly recommend!

Bella bridesmaids has been absolutely amazing! I ordered a flower girl dress from a designer in Australia, well long story short 3 days before the wedding we got a tracking update that the dress wasn’t coming in on time due to the badWeather!! ?? I called them and they had a flower girl dress on the rack that she sold me and gave me a discount!!! Sooo amazing! You will be blessed 10 folds!

One of the absolute best dress shopping experiences I have ever had! Elizabeth was amazing from beginning to end. She was so knowledgeable and helpful; it made our experience so fun and easy! Will definitely recommend Bella Bridesmaid over and over again!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Girls were so very nice and helpful! Worked with me nearly all day to make sure that I was happy with my choice. Never felt rushed and felt like I was best friends with the girls that were helping us by the time I left! I had a VERY specific color I wanted and dress type, as I wanted the same style and color for every bridesmaid and all my bridesmaids were all different shapes and sizes! They were so helpful and I was beyond pleased with the dresses!

Jennifer was great and so helpful and knowledgeable, UNTIL I mentioned that I had a plus sized bridesmaid. Long story short, Jennifer told me she ordered several different samples of gowns in plus sized versions that I picked out for my girls to try on, since they only carry “regular” sizes in store. My very first appointment at Bella Bridesmaids was on June 6, 2019, and to this day, I have YET to receive a straight up yes or no answer about the sample I requested were actual

Jennifer and her team could not have been more helpful when it came to choosing my bridesmaid dresses. This location had exactly what I was looking for and Jennifer knew the perfect dress to pull which is the one I ended up choosing for my bridesmaids. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I visited here a few weeks ago with two of my bridesmaids and it was not a great experience. After driving an hour to be there, we weren't immediately greeted when we walked in. The lady never asked who the bride was and just assumed it was my friend directing all of her questions to her. She did not start looking at me until my friend turned to me and said "Yes, bride what are you looking for". Considering the start the appt I was hoping for more. They gave us someone who they said was new. She was a young girl, teenager, so she has a little bit of an excuse but she knew nothing. Following the initial conversation about what I was looking for they pointed us in the direction of the dresses to pull a few. While we were struggling to get them down she was more concerned about the other group of women that was there. When she finally saw that we were struggling she helped us but at this point I was already annoyed. While trying on the dresses, she wasn't even clipping the dresses, I had to ask for the clips and then do it myself. I hate to even mention race but this shop is in a very white city. We were three black women trying to find dresses and our sales person kept worrying about the other group (white women). Not even helping them, just staring and like paying attention to everything they were doing. One dress broke while trying it on, we were told they would bring another one from the back and it never came. I was hoping they would redeem themselves with the Virtual showroom and they still haven't. They put one dress i the wrong color, another dress we never even looked at, then when they added the correct dress, they put it in the wrong color. The one thing I liked about the shop is the pricing. One dress I really liked somewhere else, was at Bella for like half of the price. I was hoping it would work out but I rather pay the more expensive price than deal with the horrible service.

We came to get bridesmaid dresses for my sister wedding next may and could not be more satisfied with our experience! From the wide variety of dress options to the excellent service, our experience was a 10/10! The owner Jennifer and the whole staff was so helpful and hands on through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would recommend any bridesmaids on the Northshore and surrounding areas to come and get their dresses here!!
