Took a 2014 Camary that someone hit. The damage was minor and I got a quote in 20 minutes time. They told me it would be 5 days to repair and they met the time! The car looks great !!

A few years ago I had an accident with a large Whitetail Buck while driving my Porsche. Several of my Porsche loving friends had recommended B Imports in Mandeville so I decided to have them do all the body work that was needed. Suffice to say, they now have a customer for life. Louis Gallegos is a pro, his impeccable handling and thorough explanation puts B Import’s way ahead of any other collision business in Saint Tammany Parish. Since my accident, I’ve used them several times for major and minor repairs and have always been exceedingly happy with the outcome.
And lastly, every business that deals with the public requires a face and personality to meet and greet their customer’s. Although excellent communication over the phone is very important, Jennifer wins the prize!
How fortunate businesses would be if they all had a receptionist like Jennifer, she’s absolutely the best.

Brought my car in for body work after a parked hit and run. They were professional throughout the process and my car looks as if nothing happened. It looked beautiful! They washed and cleaned it before picking it up and did a great job. Will use them again for any future needs. Thanks!

Even if it was an hour drive, I would not use any other repair shop. B-Imports is far and above any automotive shop I have ever experienced between Texas and Mississippi. Louis, Daniel, Jennifer and the entire staff are professional, courteous and honest. Most importantly this shop is working on behalf of the owner of the car, not the insurance company. That means they fight for the owner to not be forced to cut corners in the quality of parts, supplies, repair or replacement to make everything as it should be. I can’t recommend B-Imports enough. They are simply the best.

Louis and Jennifer at B Imports were incredibly thorough and communicative during our car's repair. The insurance company was difficult to deal with but B Imports fought to make sure we were made whole through the claim. This body shop is very detailed oriented and organized which is so refreshing when dealing with automative repairs. Our car looks fantastic!!

Excellent experience at B-Imports. I have used their services three times. Twice for collision repairs and once for protective wrapping on my new truck. When my Mercedes was damaged because of a blowout, the dealership recommended B-Imports as one of the Mercedes certified collision centers. During my experience, they took care of dealing with my insurance and delivered my car back to me good as new.
If you are looking to have quality work done, this is the place!!!!!

I am extremely proud of the paint job that was done on my Santa Fe! A special shout out to Louis in Mandeville as well as Lee and the paint crew in Covington! Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. I appreciate the time they took to explain the process of their work. I would recommend B Imports to anyone needing body work and paint jobs!
