Jacob R was so nice and helpful. My battery expired and needed changing. He changed it for me in the parking lot. He is a bright and cheerful young man, made my bad day much better. Having car trouble can be very distressing but with Jacob around, not a problem

I walked in was greeted, total of 5 men some talking amongst each other. One of the 2 who was stocking asked the other men 3 times to help me and neither of them did. He stopped what he was doing to offer assistance. Not happy!!!

Was in a rush for new wiper blades (and had no idea how to put them on), Keith was kind enough to help me and made my trip painless.

I stopped by at 8pm on a Tuesday night to test my battery. Ethan was quick, friendly and accommodating. He tested and printed out the diagnostic on my Honda Accord and I also requested pricing from him for a Cabin Air Filter.

Nice people, but I think it might be time for some re-training. Asked where the crush washers were. It was like I was speaking a foreign language. After explaining what a crush washer was and demonstrating what it does with my hands, got shown flat washers. After I let the guy know those were flat washers, was shown lock washers. When I told him they were lock washers and if they possibly had crush washers in the back, was told "those are the only washers we have", without even looking anything up on the computer.I left blown away that someone working at an auto parts store didn't know what a crush washer was....considering damn near 100% of cars use them either on brake banjo bolts or drain plug bolts. Went to O'Reilly down the road, and while they didn't have them, both guys working spent 15 minutes looking for what I needed without having to explain to them what I wanted. Was able to get them shipped over from Slidell same day (we actually found them in the computer as a banjo bolt kit).Still blown away with the Autozone interaction, so much that I called two buddies and told them about it. Could definitely use some help and training for employees.

Got a new $295.00 car battery . Their was a black guy working there and he was going to put it in for me . The manager said he could not do it because it would take 45 minutes are longer and this is not a garage . Well I got some tools and put it in in 10 minutes . Its sad I'm hurt and couldn't get help . But bless the black guy that wanted to help
