Got charged on wrong price The customer service here sucks. I remember the whole foods I shop at always put the item on the house if they made a mistake. Not this location,I got over charge on the on sale item, went to the customer service, she made me walk back to the car to get the item and explained to two different people for what happened. after 10 mins, finally got it fixed and refused to put it on the house nor a SORRY. If this isn't the only one, or even they have a trader Joe here, they will be out of the business.

Up until yesterday (May 27, 2022) I would have given the Mandeville Whole Foods a five star rating. But, when I went to the Coffee Bar to order my usual iced tea, I was told there had been a change, and as a tea drinker, the change is definitely not for the better. I always ordered iced tea over ice and in a to-go container with a straw. Can't do that anymore! Now, I have to buy pre-poured tea in a plastic container that is kept in their cooler: no ice, no straw (they never offered lemon). I won't be buying anymore iced tea there. A disappointment because I eat lunch there quite often. Why, Whole Foods? Why?

Great service, The young lady named Kayla who works there is very patient, nice and welcoming. I didn’t know what I was doing and she took the time out to help me finish all my returns

BEST LUNCH BAR Took the picture after I devoured almost all of it lol omg. So surprised! I got the garlic cauliflower, turmeric roasted carrots, macaroni and cheese, and breaded chicken tenders This was restaurant level food. SO GOOD! Will definitely be a regular lunch spot!

Love it here! The best whole foods ive been to in Louisiana. They have most everything i'm looking for! Great variety, friendly employees. Very calm atmosphere. I drive an hour to do my shopping here because i know i will be satisfied.

I think a fresh salad from dollar tree would have been better than this. THE ENTIRE SALAD WAS FILLED WITH BUGS. Not a single person in the store could've cared less about it. Must've been a normal experience for them. Disgusting.

I have moved most of my shopping here. Great hot food and cheese selection. Wish it was bigger and had a bar in it like some of the other locations.

Rude cashiers on multiple trips however based on my last visit I WON'T Be BACK!!! I purchased several hundred dollars worth of groceries and the female cashier who was in the 2nd to last line of December 23rd did not respond to our greeting, holidays wish or show of appreciation. Nor did she even make eye contact, she was rude and completely ignored us. Hi, no response, Happy Holidays, no response, thank you no response. She acted like she was doing us a favor by doing her job. As a shareholder this is completely unacceptable!!! $200 for 2 bags of expensive items and they were not busy at the time that I checked out. I had to stop at Fresh Market afterwards and was extended a friendly greeting by everyone in the store, the cashier's are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help.

If I could I would give this store a zero. I just tried to return a bad meat and they would not accept it back. I did have problems with this store in the past 2nd time no more!!! They have lost a customer permanently!!!

Mandeville is really not a Whole Foods kind of place. Which is the attraction of shopping here, from my perspective. The options for finding specialty vegetarian/vegan groceries are not going to be great in Cajun country, but here, you can get a nice array of delicious non-dairy milks and shakes. The variety of snack foods is also excellent; I'm really into lupini beans. On the other hand, they do have plenty of local specialties as well, like Swamp Pop (the best cola-perhaps ever). Prices are of course higher than average grocery stores (though of course shopping sales and using Amazon Prime helps), the selection isn't quite as good as some of the locations in New Orleans, and I had to wait at the register because they didn't have enough people working. If I had a choice, I'd prefer a locally owned high-end grocery store (to be fair, Rouses is not bad), but for some items, this WF is currently the best place to shop on the North Shore.
