I went to a lot of little slaughterhouses before. but out of all of them, the best one in the town of Big Mamou Louisiana is Charlie's Meat Market. they have fresh meats and the best boudin I've ever tasted. as for the service, I give them two thumbs up. I rate them five stars

The only thing I tried there so far is the Boudin. It gets five stars, amazing! Fast friendly service, but the boudin will keep you going back. Prices are very reasonable.
