“Just came into the store super, super, super last minutes before closing with a huge box of Amazon returns (I’m not usually that person!!!). It was legitimately my last chance to return it before going out of town for a month for a global health trip. Most people would be frustrated by this last minute person showing up with a ton of stuff (I would!) and I felt terrible.Keziah (sorry if I butchered the spelling) didn’t even have to hear my petty excuses. He didn’t bat an eye when I walked in, and took it with absolute grace while juggling my return with a few other customers. He was extremely polite, efficient, and just pleasant to interact with. He made what should have been a bad experience absolutely simple and easy. Very impressed with this store and you are very lucky to have such a good employee representing your storefront!”
“Up until yesterday (May 27, 2022) I would have given the Mandeville Whole Foods a five star rating. But, when I went to the Coffee Bar to order my usual iced tea, I was told there had been a change, and as a tea drinker, the change is definitely not for the better. I always ordered iced tea over ice and in a to-go container with a straw. Can't do that anymore! Now, I have to buy pre-poured tea in a plastic container that is kept in their cooler: no ice, no straw (they never offered lemon). I won't be buying anymore iced tea there. A disappointment because I eat lunch there quite often. Why, Whole Foods? Why?”
“I see quite a few bad reviews, but all my experiences here have always been pretty good. The only thing that can make a visit take longer than expected is customers themselves. I have never had a single issue with any of the employees as they have always been nice, friendly, and cordial to me.”

“Initially, this would've been 1 star. The main number is routed to an international call center that is frustrating. However, we called a local UPS store that provided what the call center could not. A phone number to our local hub. The local hub answered right way and bent over backwards to assist us. We and our customer are VERY grateful. Thank all of you at the Covington, LA Hub!”
“I wish I could give 10 stars for Jack! He was so wonderful, helping me with an emergency shipment internationally, while we were in the middle of being in an airport. I phoned him multiple times during the process, and he was so forgiving and never made me feel bad for calling over and over. I didn’t even want to wait to see if our package makes it to Istanbul before writing this review from the plane, because he was that awesome. He deserves the praise in any case!

“Help me find my package after driving for 48 miles to pick it up due to emergency need of pick up package. They helped me thru the entire way and nicely let me in the closed to public warehouse to help. Thank you guys for actually caring about your customers packages and items.
