The gates are broken. I almost damaged my truck trying to squeeze through the damaged one. My code for the gates does not work. It is denied every time I tried it. Not impressed. The actual unit is fine. Every other thing needs massive improvement.

go somewhere else. the rate will start to increase a couple of months after you move in, my rate has doubled and when i called to complain i sat on hold for 20 min and was told that i signed a lease saying that they could do that, if i didnt like it move out. i am moving out. the facility is dirty, leaves and dirt everywhere, gates and doors always broken. the website is poorly built and the live chat doesnt work. do some research and youll see the company is not good.

I've had a great experience. Every person I have talked to has been very nice and suoer helpful.My only concern is one of the gates. Every time I driven by one of the gates has remained open since the first-time I've been there.

Signed up for Yelp just to add my voice to the people who say never rent from here. Rented from Omni over 10 years ago, and like others said as soon as Red Dot took over not only has service gone down, they raised rent every year for the past three years. They raised it another $50 in July, the second price increase in a year.Please avoid at all costs unless you really enjoy paying high prices for nonexistent service.

I have rented from Red Dot before so now when I needed a unit again all I had to do was log on and set it up. It was very easy. I use the facility in Madisonville, LA. It is always clean and I when I rented before I would occasionally see the person charged with making sure things are doing what they are supposed to. He was very nice and helpful.

So DISAPPOINTED :-((( I'D GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD!We have been clients for several years with no significant issues UNTIL TODAY.WOW!!! THE PLACE HAS REALLY DECLINED!!!Upon entering, I struggled with the first gate to get in, then was able to get access via the second one. While in my unit, the lights went out in that section of the warehouse. I am so fortunate I had someone with me!!!But WORST OF ALL, WE COULDN'T GET OUT!!!!Neither gate worked and the help line person was unable to provide a solution that worked. After about 1 1/2 hour of back and forth btw the 2 gates etc trying what the help line person instructed me to do, I finally MANUALLY FORCED OPEN one of the huge and heavy gate doors and got out!!!!I told the help line person I was leaving and she asked me to stay and close the gate behind me. I did and tried to be understanding, but REALLY?????BEWARE and I'D NEVER GO ALONE!!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE!!!! The facility is always dirty. The grass overgrown. ZERO customer service. They never answer the phone and automated system doesn’t work. Never any staff on site. Facility falling apart. Save your money go elsewhere!

Place is a MESS! Gates and secure entrances are wide open for anyone to enter. Very poorly managed, in fact there is no management happening here. On hold for 10 minutes to speak with a customer service rep who cannot solve the issues. Absolutely terrible!!! How hard is it to maintain a cash cow business like a storage facility?!?! The neglect is intentional.
