This place is TERRIBLE!!!! The facility is always dirty. The grass overgrown. ZERO customer service. They never answer the phone and automated system doesn’t work. Never any staff on site. Facility falling apart. Save your money go elsewhere!

I signed up and rented a unit online. It took me 3 days, which I’ve already paid for, to gain access to the facility using the provided code. I had to call twice to get a temporary code. It is now named Red Dot Storage.....a horrible place to store your valuables. Look them up online at the Better Business Bureau and that will tell you everything you need to know.
