Coastal has been a godsend to our family, and over the last several years, their coordinated services have kept our sick family member with Parkinson’s alive! The owner is amazing and empathically prioritizes patients over dollars. The entire team is consistently courteous, communicative, helpful and professional. The nursing team always delivers exemplary patient care, and you can rest assured, knowing they are skilled professionals. Clint is one of many exceptional nurses with extensive critical care experience. Collectively, they all maintain the highest standards of central line care, infection control and aseptic technique. Additionally, the pharmacists methodically maintain the highest standards of quality control with every fluid bag and antibiotic dose we receive. Coastal works diligently with us, to ensure my father’s medication and supplies are delivered timely, and they expedite any services/necessities that arise. Coastal is an exceptional company, consistently delivering the highest quality infusion services and care available in this area. Thank you Coastal for all that you do for us and this community. You’re simply the best!

Coastal is an amazing company. They really took care of us despite the confusion and chaos we all had to deal with during hurricane ida.Coastal reached out to us to check if we needed supplies and when I told them we had evacuated to North Central Mississippi, they offered to air ship. Unfortunately the NOLA airport had to halt the service due to complications from the storm. When that happened, coastal sent a driver all the way to us in order to make sure my mother had her very important medication. Mind you, this was during power outages and gas shortages! Truly touched us because a move like that is more than great customer service; it is a sign of true CARE!Thank you, coastal! I will always speak highly of you all and recommend you whenever I can. God bless!

I can't even start to express my gratitude to Coastal Infusion. My wife was very sick with a viral GI bug and could not tolerate any liquids at all. What made it even more complicated was that my wife was breastfeeding and dehydration can be very detrimental to that. Hunter went out of his way to set us up with hydration for her. I really don't know what we would have done without Coastal. Highly recommend to all and will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.
