Absolutly the rudest, most abnoxious customer service anywhere. The person that I had contact with has no business working with the public.

Applied for passport renewal Dec1 asked for expedited service. Had packet sent back to me Dec9 due to unacceptable photo taken by post office. Retook photo and resent. Less than 3 weeks from travel and still no passport. Looked into application status and I read that instead of expedited like I requested and payed for, it was sent under routine processing which takes 6-9 weeks…. I did all of this so that I did not have to stress on whether I’d get it or not…. These people, though very nice, have no idea what they’re doing. Now I have to wait a week cause the passport won’t do anything about it if the travel date is over 14 days…then make a separate appointment and probably have to pay extra to get this all done the way it should have gotten done OVER A MONTH AGO!

I gave 1 star only because we actually have a postal service. Unfortunately the service needs much improvement. For a while, I had trouble with the mailman, not closing my mailbox, so my mail would stay dry on rainy days, or in the mailbox on windy days. Seems with many complaints to the Post Master, he has finally learned how to close the mailbox door! Recently, I mailed something special to my grand kids for Xmas. I thought by sending the mail out 4 days before Christmas Eve, the mail would be received in time. The mail was coming from a Luling address, going to a Luling address. How hard could that be to deliver on time?! They never received the Mail! So disappointed in our Postal Service!!!!

They have the worst attitudes! The lines are always long! It's just terrible, it's like everyone is miserable but they ALL need the money! We all need money but to treat people so badly we can do without!

We went there today to pick up packages. The manager is very rude and had an awful attitude. People are the once paying them to serve the public as a government employee. They should serve the public with a good and pleasant attitude. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in all of the post office I've ever went.

The new male mailman is horrible. He is lazy. On Aug 11th he held an important package because he stated that the mailbox was obstructed. I have pics showing that he was able to get to the mailbox all he had to do was stretch or take 3 steps out of the vehicle. Our previous mail lady was wonderful. This guy is horrible and need to be reprimanded. If he doesn’t want to work quit and find another job where he can sit all day. This action was pure laziness . He is already rude now being lazy and filing packages and mail. I placed a formal complaint with USPS and I will go to USPS office in luling to speak to the supervisor tomorrow. Lastly, USPS is a good job so he should be appreciative of what he HS if not quit and let someone else do the job right.

It’s so unnecessary nowadays to be so rude for no reason. I assume she is the manager, very unpleasant, rude and seems miserable that she has to work. Give this position to someone else please. Keep her in the back!

There was an older lady working and she was very rude! But the other two people were nice. this lady should not work with the public with that attitude. Seemed to maybe be a manager, was not a pleasant experience.

One word. RUDE. My wife had our baby waiting on some help. The woman saw her and kept walking to the back. No help at all. Never again.

This is a great post office, but there have been a few issues in the past that my mom had with them before she passed away. They would hold your mail or put your mail in the wrong PO Box. I had that issue yesterday. I ordered something from Amazon & never received the item I purchased. I contacted both Amazon & the post office. I was told it was put in the wrong PO Box. Whoever works there needs to either be more attentive or fired.

So much better than the Boutte post office. They don't even take off for lunch here when Boutte closes their doors for an hour. There is also a rude old woman in Boutte. The workers at the Luling post office are kind and very helpful. I will NEVER go to Boutte again as long as the Luling post office stays open.
