“I was totally unaware that you could purchase a "like new" tire for a 2022 Ford explorer, have the old tire taken off the rim, and have the new tire rimmed up AS WELL AS have my spare removed then have it mounted back onto my truck for the ridiculously low price of a meer $50 flat? I had almost given up faith in people being honest or fair and then you can ice this cake with the fact that girl in the office was so genuinely friendly and helpful that I felt no embarrassment at all when I had to ask for the wifi password bc my phone service wasn't working but I would've unable to pay if I didn't get online bc my card was locked! I was on a path of one horrible day after another for a good while. It may have been purely by coincidence but the day I went to Torres tire shop for a tire I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed and I left feeling a little bit better and from that point forward for the NEXT few days things slowly started to flow and feel a little easier to deal with each day after. I choose to give credit where it is due and if anyone anywhere ever asks me if I know where they can get a tire...I don't care what city, parish or state I'm in no matter what without hesitation Torres will be my recommendation for life”

“My truck is better than what it was when I took it there. They did fix the problems that I asked them to. Customer service was great. Did not have a problem with anyone. They did a thorough check of the whole truck and made suggestions of other issues that need to be addressed in the near future. I will get those issues looked at. I'm just not home, so it will have to be a later date. I did get quoted one price and then a price together with everything. I wish what needed to be fixed right now. They issues that I brought it for. They gave me a price on that. And then they had to add something else to it because of my fuel filter which we only talked about for the future issues that needed to be dealt with. But they were headed anyways. They did charge me for it though. The fuel filter that put on there. I had another one in my truck already. But it wasn't time to change that filter. But I guess they made it to Solve one of the issues Other than that, it was a good experience, thank you.I appreciate all the work you Did”
