Ms Liz Vining helped me with my storage unit she was very nice and courteous and explained everything in detail. She had me follow her to the unit and showed me the unit and that there are cameras in the building and assured me my things would be safe. It was a wonderful experience for me since this was the first time I have had to rent a storage unit because of the passing of my husband 2 months ago. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking g for a place to store your belongings so see Ms Liz

I was greeted with a warm smile, great customer service , I am glad that I choose to conduct business with this company. Explained everything I need to know in great detail, and made sure I knew how to properly lock and secure my belongs. Under the circumstances being an evacuee from Lake Charles, La I know my remaining items will be safe and secure. I also like that fact they offer insurance on my belongs. Great service! Liz was so helpful and friendly. She gave me a tour of the facility, explained everything thoroughly, and I left there very satisfied with my experience. I even was able to get a "first responder" discount!

I recently ended my need for a climate controlled storage unit with this business after 9 years. Liz has always been very kind to me during my visits and we always talked for a whiled during every visit. I found the facility to always be clean and access was never a problem. If you abide by there rules and pay rental fees in a timely manner then you will not have any problems either. Shannon R Destrehan

Glenn & Sandy are the best. They are professional, and don't mind going the extra mile to help you get the right storage for you. I am so glad I entrusted my storage needs to them! They also have a brand new climate controlled area - check them out if you have storage needs as well!
