“One of the better stocked Academy's I've seen when it comes to fishing lures. I've seen some in this area and in Texas that are pretty sparse when it comes to spinners, soft baits, rigs, everything. But this location, when I visited in early May 2024, was fully stocked. Nice variety, even a couple items on sale enticing me to try lures I'd been thinking about but wasn't committed to yet until I walked in.

“Overall, fine, I knew what I wanted from the start, and the worker was very attention and knowledgeable on what I wanted. With that said, as I entered the store, there were two workers, one busy with merchandise behind the counter and another standing in the open area looking bored. This worker visually acknowledged my entry and turned away as I got closer. No problem. I wanted to the other worker and tactfully greeted and announced my needs. She was quick to stop what she was doing and assisted.”
“I love this store! They ALWAYS have a great variety of clothes and shoes and the prices are good too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Today my husband and I bought 4 pairs of shoes, a jacket, a bunch of shirts and two hoodies for just a little over$600.”
