“I brought my car for an oil change, well my son did, and they replaced my worn out wiper blades. I noticed that the driver’s side blade wasn’t working correctly, so I took it back and got a new one placed and same thing. I called and spoke Jon Cunningham and Kathy Norris and was told to bring it back to have them take another look. Well they figured it out and to no fault of their own, the body shop that did work on the hood had put the wipers arms on the wrong sides. Jon diagnosed AND fixed it for me today with no issues! I’ve gotten quotes from several places in the area, my head was literally spinning by the time I made it here. I came in and Danielle was nothing short of amazing. She helped me find tires that would fit my SUV for a price that I could not beat, and she was so patient with me because I was beyond overwhelmed and frustrated by this whole tire purchasing experience. She got my services written up, and my ticket printed, and took a great deal of stress off of my shoulders. I’m writing this prior to my service being completed so I cannot account for the work of the mechanics. But Danielle’s customer service was top tier, and I had to make sure I made mention of that. Dealing with servicing your car can be an interesting experience, the customer service you receive can make or break that experience.
