On 6/4/2024 I purchased six tires for my Class C RV from the Mavis tire center in Luling, La . The service tech did a terrible job. He lost one of my lug nuts and did not notify me. When I inspected the tire, i discovered there was a missing lug nut. Next, he broke one of the valve extenders and damaged the stem on the tire. Lastly, the tires were under inflated even though I was told they were at the correct pressure. All of these concerns were brought to the attention of the manager. The manager rescheduled an appointment for the following week to resolve all of the issues.
I had to purchase a new value stem extender to replace the one that was broken which was reimbursed by the manager. So, on 6/17/24 I brought my rv back to Mavis Tire center. The manager resolved all of the issues. Even though I was very dissatisfied with the tech's workmanship, I am grateful for the manager's swift resolution of the problems.
