“There are some great employees, but one lady (probably the manager) came across as pushy, and I'm sure she added unnecessary fees to my bill to buy a phone (tried selling me the case and screen protectors without me even mentioning them, and she removed them from my total. Other employees have been helpful.Also, one day when I needed a phone (broke screen), the phone I wanted wasn't in stock. They seem to run really slim, but can get whatever if you have time to wait, I guess. Pretty decent place overall.”

“Good day at Verizon with tech guru, Lance on 2701 Vets, Kenner, La. I walked in with my S10 that had decided not to make or receive phone calls. I tried everything on my own and then lucked out w/ Lance at Verizon store. Hw patiently tried everything he could, working doggedly until we finally had full service again. On his own and thru 2 tech support folks, he kept a great positive attitude, tech savvy, polite and professional throughout. Bravo to Lance and Verizon for employing him!! Give that man a raise!!!”
