“I have nothing but great things to say about this citi trends first of all I have never been to a Citi trends where the everything in this store was neat clean nothing was on the floor I was flabbergasted I could not believe I was in a citi trends then secondly when I asked one of the stores cashiers a question she greeted with me with such Elegance she did not even had to have an attitude I was so shocked by this I was in such all the selection was great like I mean the store was immaculate I mean I am still in shock that this was a city trends you all should keep up the good work just because stuff is sold for in a less expensive price doesn't mean you should keep your store meet and untidy and your employee should have a nasty attitude this store is in LaPlace and I live in the New Orleans area if I have to drive back to LaPlace and shop at this city trends I will definitely back be back this young lady today that ran the cash register she should be training people at other Citi trends on how to treat customers and give pointers on how to treat customers and customer service. Also this city trends should be a store to train people on how to keep all Citi trends I also heard the Citi trends in lake Charles was immaculate as well well I think you all should come down and train the people in New Orleans on how to keep their citi trends. This store should be very proud of themselves and their employees.”
“Had to grab a few new winter break jackets for a quick job and Lucked up and found a few new baby newborn items for my unborn, on the way, baby nephew! The sales associate was kind and really helpful here! I was passing through headed back to Baton Rouge and decided to take a quick look and I’m so glad I did because my little sister loved all her baby shower gifts ? which mattered most!”
