Customer service is lacking as of recently. Usually they are very personable but today they were argumentative and it took 10 minutes for them to finally give a refund. Me and my mother shop there all the time and there was a stain on the shirt we bought. We were told basically we were lying and that it was worn which is was not. I put it on back at home for an interview and it was in the bag all night and then noticed very visible stains. Training needs to be done with some of your staff because the attitudes and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. We will still shop but I will not go around the same time again if that particular lady is in the store. Her attitude is awful towards customers.

Love Cato's clothes. They are great for young or old. Veryfemine and lacy this year. The colors have been beautiful. Such a great variety. The prices are tremendous. They have sales on some of the prettiest clothes. Check them out. The one in LaPlace the ladies take great pride in their store. They take an put each color together on there sale racks. It is real easy to see what they have and the prices. You are crazy not to shop there.
