“I can not recommend this place enough. The staff here is so professional and friendly. Their work is very high quality, it absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Not to mention how quickly they got it done. They told us it should take until the beginning of the next week for the car to be finished and we told them we were in a bit of a time crunch with trying to trade it in to buy a new car so if there was anyway we could get it done any faster it would be appreciated. They got it done in 4 business days with the Fourth of July holiday being in the week. Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work, we were blown away. “Took my 2004 Tacoma in to get lifted 2.5". Kieth was very professional and suggested the parts I found online. He knows his stuff. Truck is high enough now to prevent wheel well rubbing. Will need to get alignment after 500 miles. Need suspension break in first.”

“I called in late Thursday afternoon looking for a battery, and I spoke to Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful, and walked me thru several options, and we settled on one that she had in stock. I ran over to pick it up and found 3 well dressed employees, in their NAPA uniforms, eager to help me. I asked for Cindy, who arrived at the counter while I was still asking for her. She promptly got to work finishing the sale, the battery was already on the counter, and explaining the benefits of the battery that I purchased. Now, even though they were about to close, they were not rushing me out the door. They were more concerned with my satisfaction. I noticed on the way out that the shelves were well stocked. I had some trouble with my insurance and they went above and beyond to help me. Destiny was so nice and helpful. She knew what needed to be done and was able to give me the information I needed to get my insurance company to work with me and come to a settlement. I can't thank her and the shop enough.
