While on the phone asking about my prescriptions on February 21st around the time of 2:30pm-3:00pm the female worker began getting irritable and berating me. In efforts to calm the tension I told her the disrespect was unnecessary and unwarranted. The worker then proceeded to threaten me stating “you better watch yourself” before hanging the phone up. I was unable to get a name of this worker though I will be transferring all future medications due to this unprofessional and unethical conduct.

*My mom is technologically impaired. She cant post her own review*Pharmacy filled the wrong prescription and I'm liable for the cost. Has happened multiple times. Complained and formly filed a complaint with management. They will no longer due business with me because of this. I dont know why i put up with incompetence in the first place. Some people there are very rude and their customer service skills should be evaluated.

Zero stars. I always try to support local small businesses. But this pharmacy messes up more than any other business I’ve ever been to. My son’s doctor called in his post surgery meds on Monday. Because he hasn’t had anything filled in 100 days (3 months) they didn’t even bother to fill it. No phone call to let me know. So today (Thursday) when we go to pick up his medication they say it isn’t ready. After they say they will fill it they call to let us know they don’t actually have it in stock! Now it could have been ordered and been here on time if they had just filled the prescription that his doctor sent in. Instead, I have a child in pain and am hunting down a pharmacy to get his medications filled because of this pharmacies incompetence.

The rudest service I have ever had. Literally had a pharmacist try to play doctor and refused to give me my prescription today. Never go here would not recommend. Horrible horrible horrible staff.

Friendly service hours r not keep I didn't get my meds because it said it closed at 7pm I got there at 6:30 and they where closed
