I am paying for climate control storage and have had issues from day 1 and Red Dot does not care. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. I posted the pictures of the big nasty RAT that was in the storage room, that has been there for a while. I was told by Red Dot, that they have traps everywhere and they have pest control that comes out. I called again and asked for a supervisor. The next day (after I had to call 3xs again) finally called me back. He said there is nothing they can do to help me. That once someone moves their items out they clean it then and never open it up again. He could not tell me if anyone is local (because they are in the Caribbean) so I could get that person to come clean it. I asked him what happens if rats get on my sofa and furniture, he replied that I am paying for insurance. I asked for a discount or 1st month free. He said he could not help me but I got an email saying the next payment is due.This place is nasty and unsanitary and I would not put my stuff there.

Paid for a temp controlled unit. Packed everything up and went to drop off. AC was broken in the building. Rat traps had been set off throughout the hallway and no longer baited meaning it's been a while or they're infested. Our unit was about 110 degrees and had holes in the insulation in the back where we could see outside (rat holes). On top of all this the gate was just wide open, so I assume didn't work. It was $90 plus fees for the first month which I've already demanded a refund, we will see if I need to fight for that. We booked another place that was very well maintained and everything in working order. Avoid this place as it is heavily neglected.

This orginal post was made 3 weeks ago. Since then they have collected another payment for climate control- and lied and said it was fixed. Went by there today and guess what it still is not fixed - these people are a joke and scamming everyone in B section out of money. We are paying for somthing that is absolutely not working. See the pic below for the thermostat. They are lying saying it was fixed. Made sure to collect payment for climate control but absolutely refusing to fix the acClimate control has been broke in the B section for over a month now. They are charging for climate control and it’s not working. Phone call today the rep said they are aware of the issue and have to take bids for the job and get it approved. They can not give a date on when this will be fixed - but are continuing to charge this section for climate control- when checked on today the thermostat was topped off at 99 in B section. They are not giving any date of when this will be corrected but continue to charge customers for climate control. Only clicking one star bc it is making me- this place as it stands right now deserves none.

The rental process is easy and contactless. The place is relatively clean. Make sure to get a discus type lock. There is a 24 HR rental kiosk and a lock vending machine to accommodate any schedule.Two notes, this facility does not have lights inside the storage units, and we have not seen any carts or hand trucks available for loan at this facility.
