If I could give a zero star review I would. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. They lost or stole half my stuff and I put in a claim with them in August. It's going to be January tomorrow. In the past 4-5 months I have gone into their office and called countless times just to be told I'll get a call about it the next week. They refuse to get back to me or do anything about it. I know for a fact there is a time limit on claims and they are just waiting it out so they don't have to replace what they didn't return to me. Never had that kind of experience with a company. Usually places like that don't stay in business but here they are.

Half of my boxes were wet and molded along with ALL of the items inside. My wood furniture was warped wet and molded as well, and to top it off one of their employees dropped and broke the top part of my hutch right in front of me.

I had waited for 5 hours after one crew packaged up my belongings for the next crew to come pick it up. I called over the phone and was told they just had a small job before mine and they would be there within the hour. While filling out the survey provided, I had put poor for timeliness for the picking up crew and was told by one of the crew members to change it because they had just came from a huge job not a small one and they had told me wrong on the phone. It blows my mind how they TOLD me to change my perception on my expierience with them, not even asking for a change of heart. I did change it to "good" only because I know a guys gotta work for a living and things don't always go as planned. Bottom line: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
