Been using Thrifty Way for about 3 years now, They're the only pharmacy in town that hasn't gotten my 2 insurance's mixed up and billed the wrong way like all other pharmacies to do to me. So I'm definitely gonna stick with Thrifty Way

Drive thru waiting needs improvement. It's supposed to be fast and convenient but I've been waiting behind the same car for 25 minutes. Something that requires that kind of time needs to be handled inside.

I do not recommend this Thrifty pharmacy in Leesville! They are a private pharmacy therefore they don’t have to use your insurance company, they will just charge you the full price. They say it's legal for a privately owned Pharmacy to do so, but it is not fair for the people that is on fixed income or just drawing social security that depends on their insurance.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the pharmacy tech (CC) who I spoke to and refilled my (3) prescriptions on Wednesday 10 Jan 24. The pharmacy tech (CC) went above and beyond by getting me the best prices for my prescriptions. When I went to pick them up on Friday 12 Jan 24 I had to ask the staff member who rang me up if the total was for all (3) prescriptions ? Thank you again to the pharmacy techs and staff for everything you do. I am beyond grateful and thankful.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They are BUSY. No wasting time and run multiple registers and drive thru. ONLY place to find the meds needed. Drive an hour to get! HIGHLY recommend

I have been a customer for over 10 years; they used to be great! I am a huge advocate of shopping local but DO NOT GO HERE! The service is slow, customer service doesn't mean anything to them, and I will be switching to Amazon Pharmacy because of the way they treat people.

They simply do not answer the phone. They must turn off the ringer on their phones. How a pharmacy can justify that is beyond me.

Try to go through the drive thru but there was a white Ford SUV parked in the driveway looking like it was going to go into the drive thru... took us 15 minutes to figure out no one was even in the car, took a picture and went in and said something to them cause it’s so rude... the pharmacy has it sitting there so no one can block their drive thru... buy some big green cones and a sign that tells people that. I wait to have her check our insurance card for the pick up and I go to the side where the vitamins are to hear all the employees talking about me and how rude I am... never going here again. On top of them not using our special needs son’s insurance card from Florida with a Florida Blue PPO!

The only pharmacy I use! Great people great service, I will say it stays crowded most of the day, it is a small space but also goes to say they must be doing something right! They also have a great lil gift/Nik make shop off to the side that you can mingle around...I recommend!??
