Had scheduled for an elderly lady a repair for her car. Was told the parts would be in for pick up in 3 days. 3 days later The lady drove 50 miles to rendezvous so I could help her out. Except that morning when I went to pick up the part, they couldn't find it, or it didn't come in or something. It took 30 minutes for them to tell me that i would have to reorder it. So here I have her already in route. And now I'm running late and have bad news. when I met up with the old lady she had just gotten out of her car to walk inside as i was pulling up when i see her as she fell down on the ground in the rocks in the rain. I parked and rushed to help her. After helping her up, she was bleeding, and soaking wet.. I just couldnt tell her, "hey I know I got you out here laying on the ground in the rocks and the rain, but your part didn't come in... " I ended up having to take a part off my own personal vehicle and modified it to work for the woman. So it wasn't all for nothing. But in my eyes, if oriellys wouldn't have held me up in limbo, I would have been there early and could have helped her inside and she wouldn't have fallen.. basically... oriellys may as well have pushed her down. It never would have happened if they would have held up there end of the agreement. So keep that in mind.. oriellys will push down your grandma, leave her lieing in the rain, while they tell you to come back in 3 days... and not lose a wink of sleep in the process

Can't say enough about how great the crew at this O'Reilly's are! I was asked repeatedly by at least 3 employees if I needed assistance, the gentlemen that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, there were plenty of folks on staff and they had everything I needed and more!

The store manager Eric is a bigotHe used private contact information to call and accused an active duty soldier of stealing a can of oil treatment. Simply because of how he looks, I STRONGLY recommend all US Military personnel and those that support the military, to boycott the store until Eric is reprimanded and the accused is compensated.

Clerk acted as if she could not speak and when she did decide to open her mouth it was degrading as if I did not know how to start my vehicle. I have a push start vehicle and an ID that has a PI number. Maybe someone needs to give her a lesson on how to start a vehicle that is a push start, not friendly at all but I noticed when the manager came out she appeared to have a different attitude. Customer service I would give her 3 because of Installation she dropped the bars that holds the battery through my vehicle. No one is perfect and things happen.

Pretty good place,I had an issue with a part that was no good out of the box and they went out of their way to make it right and not a big hassle. I dealt with a manager named Erick he fixed me up and was on the road again in no time. Thanks for doing the right thing the right way for the right reason.

James @ O'REILLY in Leesville was VERY knowledgeable and helped us with testing/replacing battery in 2009 Ford F150. This was on Sat Sep 9th morning. Even went above and beyond to walk over to the neighboring Morris Tire Center where truck was towed to Fri evening Sep 8, to test battery. Able to get it jumped enough for us to drive it over to store front and replaced battery for us. Explained the warranty on battery, and the rewards program very well.Excellent employee, very customer friendly!

Always good entering a O'Reilly's always a good morning and helpful service, and I thank the Gent that helped me get materials for my job. He even got me the right antifreeze for the work truck and helped me carry out hydraulic oil gallons. Thanks for the help today
