The lady we had an appt with didn’t show up that day for work. We didn’t know that until we went for our appt. What normally would take an hour took 2.5 hrs. Melissa Cordova was the only person in the entire office!!!!! She was great I have nothing but positive things to say about her. We have been a customer for 15 years. We stayed that long because of Cindy, who is no longer there. She has been gone for about 3 yrs? Since she left things have gone down hill. This particular office, Leesville, LA Entrance Rd, is just pathetic consistently. Never enough people, no one there to greet you and the workers are behind partions. Ms. Cordova was dressed professionally. However, I have seen some that looks like they just rolled out of bed. Last yr we were there and someone brought there little kids to work, it was chaos. This is our last year with your company.

The elderly lady at the front desk gave us wrong information and then started screaming at us. We quickly gathered our things and left. Will never go in this office again.
