Very unprofessional. This location made me sure I would NEVER go to an HnR block again. I scheduled an appointment, while I was waiting one of their employees came over to tell me he was leaving and the last employee would take care of me, mind you have at least 3 people waiting to get their taxes done and it’s already past my appointment time. Ended up leaving 2 hours AFTER my appointment time and going through TurboTax.

I have been a happy customer for many years because of the expert knowledge about taxes that my senior tax analyst, this year Vi ce DeBray assisted me in getting my taxes done. He was dependable, reliable, trustworthy and had a great personality. He takes to me like I was a member of his fa.ily. It was close to closing time when I went in . I'm for sure he had dealt with people all day but he did not turn me away or have a nasty attitude. I was so impressed with the way he spoke concerning different things about taxes concerning me. He answered all my questions and he explained it where I could understand it. I feel because of his knowledge and understanding, I was given several opportunities to make good decisions filing my taxes. I had to make my appointment with him for the next year. I'm going to tell everyone I know, don't know, Church members, family, friends and coworkers all about h&r block. I've been telling people for years. Just one of many satisfied clients.
