Nice apartments, great pool,gym, and laundry facilities. The staff- Tamara and Warren are fantastic! Efficient, friendly, prompt service and they genuinely care about their tenants.

I have lived at GreenRidge Apts for the past 4 years. Living in this apartment has been a fantastic experience. The apartment management team is highly responsive and proactive in addressing concerns. Tamara in particular is the absolute best she goes out her way to help the tenants in any way possible. The living space is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly take care of. I appreciate the sense of community fostered here and the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable living environment. The leasing process was smooth, and the ongoing communication is excellent. Overall, as a current tenant, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and living conditions provided.

We lived here for 4 years and highly recommend. The price was right, close to Fort Johnson, and Warren who does the maintenance is always on top of everything as well as Tamara, who manages the property. They're the best!

Green Ridge Apartments is a hidden gem. This is a great place to live, especially for single Soldiers. The Garden floor plan layout has more than enough space. The closet in the Master bedroom is huge. I loved that the apartment did not have carpet! It’s about a 5 minute drive to Fort Polk, if you are entering gate 1 or 2. The staff are extremely friendly! I left for a for 9-week school, and they did a courtesy start for my car and a courtesy walk through of my apartment! They also do a good job at informing tenants packages, community events etc. I never had any issues with any of the neighbors, everyone does a good job of respecting quiet hours.

Great apartments for an affordable price, close to Fort Polk but not too close. Staff is very friendly, quick to fix anything, and very accommodating. There are enough washers and dryers to go around. The gym has a small weights set, a cycle, and an elliptical. The manager Tammy is incredibly friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I lived here a couple of months shy of 3 years and through every day to day hiccups to hurricanes the property manager ☆Tam☆ was always there to make sure me and my family and our house was taken care of. Even when we were both out doing military work, Tam and Benson were always there to watch over our home. Living here was one of the few positive experiences I'll cherish being at Fort Polk. Can't thank them enough!

I just moved out of the apartments yesterday and cannot say enough positive things about Tam and the maintenance team. They are some of the kindest people. From moving in to moving out, Tam was more than happy to answer all questions and could not have been more accommodating.

I stayed here for a year and a half. My experience in the stay had its ups and downs, mostly due to the weather. During the whole stay management was top tier. Tamara was there for every need. If I had to live in leesville again. I would pick green ridge apartments 100%. The compound is serene and the management is excellent. The buildings themselves are a bit old, however I believe management has been very good at keeping things updated. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

This has got to be the most amazing people to rent from I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are on top of everything and provide more than you could ask for. Ms. Tam and Michael are the best property managers and always treat you like family. The apartments are quiet and extremely well kept. If you’re looking for the best apartment and people this is most definitely the place to be.

I have been living at this complex for more than 3 years and it is absolutely the best place to live in Leesville with a less than 15 minute drive to reach Fort Polk. Tamara, the apartment manager, is the key to that success. She is so caring and kind, she does everything possible to make this complex better for all the residents. She will always be there for any problem or need you have, and she goes above and beyond helping tenants. Its a small community run by people who truly care. The maintenance team is always friendly and is sent over immediately or the next day for any issue, big or small. You will always feel safe and welcome. All the amenities such as the pool, gym, and laundry room are fantastic features. All your packages are also securely delivered to a room where you can retrieve it whenever convenient so you will never have a ruined or stolen package. We have recommended this place to many friends who have moved here and loved it as well. Thanks to Tamara and fantastic management this place has become home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over three years. The whole staff and particularly the apartment manager, Tamara, have been phenomenal the whole time. From handling serious maintenance issues to the small things like maintaining order in the laundry room, Tamara has been a continuous positive presence in the apartment community. She shows a lot of care for all of the tenants has made living here wonderful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Green Ridge for anyone moving to Fort Polk.

Beautiful, quiet complex. Management is amazing and work hard to fix any problems you may have. Everything is clean around the whole complex. Never any mess or clutter. Closets are HUGE in the apartments!! The pool is beautiful and well kept up. Laundry centers have many washer and dryers that are ALWAYS clean when you walk in. The gym is another plus. Get in touch with Ms. Tamara, she’s absolutely amazing and is one of the whole reasons for us picking Green Ridge. She goes beyond what is expected of her. She has been great since day one. If you have any questions she will get back with you almost immediately. It’s almost like everyone is one big family around here!! I could recommend Green Ridge over and over again. It doesn’t get any better!
