Literally locked the door in our face as we were walking up during their normal business hours and refused to acknowledge our knocks, answer their phone or let us drop off our donations. So incredibly disrespectful, rude, and lazy. Again, this was during posted normal business hours.

Employees have ZERO GOODWILL. Shopping there isn't worth it. Kinda high priced for a goodwill and the EMPLOYEES act mad at the register. Just say heck naw

The store itself is fine. All of the girls working the floor are super friendly. Heard one of the manager yell at a worker and just be overall rude. Ive heard the horror stories about friend’s daughters quitting here but to see it firsthand makes me mad. the way that lady talks to those girls is unacceptable.

Please do not donate your used items to Goodwill. They overprice donated items to make a profit. Donate to Helping Hands on 3rd St. They are actually helping people and selling items for $1 or less. Sometimes they even give stuff away to customers who come in.

This Goodwill is kinda small but it’s packed with awesome stuff! I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the sales ladies are nice & helpful

I try to return a video camera with accessories i buy there like a 40 mints ago and they wont let me return it or exchange it ! when i got home i see the video camera was missing some pieces this way i wanted to return it

For items that are given to them for free it’s insane how much this location is charging. (It’s not even name brand)I have been to goodwill’s in multiple states and this location is way overpriced. Do not waste your time for over priced garbage.

Goodwill in Leesville had a ton of clothes, kitchenware, kid's items, electronics, etc. However, their prices are much too high & unrealistic to be from Goodwill, which was completely free for them. Too overpriced but this store had such a friendly, helpful staff. They were very 2illing to help you find what you are looking for and they have fantastic customer service skills. For that alone, I'm giving 4 stars!
