I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could..A women picked up the phone; Then I explained to her I had a reservation and why; then she put me on hold for about 10-15 minutes and then asked me again what I wanted. And also had an attitude about it. Not knowing she was talking to somebody in the U.S. Army.

Paulishia was very professional and very polite. I really like how she kept her word and called me back the next day to let me know the vehicle that I was looking for had came in.

The absolute worst rental car experience of my life. I had a scheduled pickup for 5pm 10/17. Due to a delayed flight I was unable to get there on time and called first thing in the morning to make sure my car was still available. I was told it should be no issue and to go into the store location. When I arrived I spoke with sierra who immediately stated she rented my vehicle to someone else. I was there at 8:14am and they opened at 8. I was told that a vehicle would not be ready for pickup until later today hat afternoon at 3pm. I told her that the person I spoke with said there would it be an issue and she needed to figure something out because I just got dropped off. After waiting for 45 minutes in their nasty unclean waiting room with dirty carpets and old coffee cups in the seats I was told again that I would not be able to pick up a vehicle even though there were 20 cars in the parking lot. She said ALL vehicles were reserved which in leesville Louisiana it seems highly unlikely that all 20 vehicles were going to be picked up. Finally she got me the WORST dodge Journey that I have ever driven. The fab was not connected and the car had to be restarted every time a door opened. THEN I was told I would need to pay $200 more because I did not pick up my vehicle at 5pm the night before. I explained to her the situation and we went round and round for about a half hour on why I had to pay an extra $200. She finally admitted that they never had my standard size vehicle and that is how enterprise operates. In a normal situation they would upgrade me, but since I did not change my pickup time online I would have to pay an additonal $200. As I said that was unacceptable and I would leave her a scathing review she back tracked and adjusted the price. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had, sierra has no business being in customer service not to mention in charge of a business that relys on customer service. I not only had to argue with her to get the deal that I had reserved but at that point I was so enraged that I ended up paying for an extra day anyway because the price was not adjusted for the day I didn’t pick up the vehicle. Sierra is rude, unfriendly, and power hungry. She abuses her title to manipulate people to boost her sales. She is just down right disrespectful. I would like a call from someone from enterprise to discuss this further.I would have submitted a customer service survey but could not find the link.

Terrible service! I've been trying to call for quite sometime now and no one answers the phone. Recording says it will transfer me to a nearby branch but everytime it's transferred it rings a few times then line disconnects. Highly doubt they've been on a call this long! DO BETTER! At least update calling features where we can wait in line for the next rep

Made reservations and even have a confirmation number… call to come pick up our car and they don’t have a car … had to cancel our plans… if I could give a negative review number it would be -10

After making a reservation 2 days in advance, planning our schedule for the trip and securing our hotels at our destination, I get a call from the local office 14 hours before our departure time telling me I would have to wait until they got a return in before I could pick up my vehicle. Needless to say, this puts our trip schedule into a tail spin. I have never had this kind of trouble from any other enterprise location.

Enterprise car rental is awful for customer serviceWhen they are trying to contact my husband and I they get a human to talk to. When my husband and I call and go through every imaginable menu of options you are put on hold by a system, not a human, and it's extremely rare to hear a human answer your call. Even when pressing the option to speak to a your local place of business. This company is pathetic. Needless to say I'm not giving a good review and will warn others about our horrible experience. I give them 5 negative stars.

Pauleshia, Sierra, and Tim are the best. They have been so good to us. They are always helpful and polite. I'm thankful to deal with such great employees when I go in.

Other than the fact that they allow you to make a reservation online when they don’t have anything available for the dates you request (yet you’ll get a confirmation number and everything, but then when you arrive to get your car they say oh gee, sorry…) I think they did a good job. This particular time I didn’t have to wait more than a few days to get a car, but I also wasn’t in a hurry since my car was still drivable. But the people working at our store in Leesville are all very nice and do try to go out of their way to help you and make sure you’re as informed as possible! The first car they put me in had some aesthetic issues so they only put me in it for one day and switched me to a Nissan Maxima (awesome little car btw!) the next day - they were having trouble getting cars that DIDN’T have some kind of damage upon turn-in so it wasn’t their fault. But ultimately they have the market cornered here in town since no one else rents cars around here so you’re kind of at their mercy…but again, it wasn’t a bad experience…they’re pretty good people and they do try and help as much as they can!

Enterprise always makes me feel important. Great staff.Most cars are in good shape. Occasionally they get one that is just horrible. They tipically have a quick turnaround.

Overall experience was great. Not due to product but the employees at this location. Pauleshia Patterson and Sierra Mathis-Isgitt. Upon drop off Pauleshia was great in terms of making my only complaint right and she did that and more IMO. Great job to the staff!
