I have no clue why I continue to torture myself. Heaven help you if you need a prescription filled. It always takes hours. And if you dare ask for a estimated time it will be ready? Get ready for big attitude. Go elsewhere.

An employee of mine went in and was racially abused by a worker named Wes. Thrown insults about his nationality and race, all because he went in the wrong lane by accident. Mind you , he was helping a fellow coworker pick up his medicine after being in a car crash. This is totally unacceptable. Will definitely be calling corporate

Pharmacies have an insane amount of pressure with procedures and large volumes of business. Every pharmacy has long wait times but this staff is always kind and helpful. I appreciate their hard work.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I picked up a prescription here for my dog. I do not know my dog’s birthday as he came to me as a stray. It is not uncommon to not know the birthdate of your pet. The staff member informed me that they could not pull it up without the birthday. I know that they can. She then goes to another staff member and tells her that “she has no earthly idea of the birthday” referring to me and being sarcastic. How tacky. Of course she was able to pull it up and get my dog’s prescription after all of that. Not a fan.

These fine people who work here are all amazing. They always greet you with a smile and by the time you leave you feel like lifelong friends. They know their jobs as well. It’s a comfort going there knowing that if I need anything they always go above and beyond.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff every single time we have been to the pharmacy. My son has been very sick this month and is on his 4th antibiotic, this is the second round that we were not given enough to administer through the duration of his prescription. The pharmacist felt the need to raise his voice at me and tell me I must be giving my son an improper dosage, I have both been a pharmacy tech and professionally passed medication in a medical facility, I am more than capable of giving my son the correct dosage of an antibiotic. I was spoken down to as if I was trying to scam them out of 3 extra doses of an antibiotic. Is a 5 year olds health a joke to these people? To watch a grown man, a medical professional, get that heated towards me over my child’s antibiotic was absolutely disgusting.

If I could give it 0 stars I would but I can't so I'll settle for 1. My problem with them this time is why would you have a website if you can't log into it. I have an account through the website and it's not allowing me to login to my account. Why make people get an account if they can't log into it. Like come on now. Now I see why this store only has a 2.1 star rating. It's a horrible place to get your medicine filled. It's just a horrible place. The workers are very slow.

The drive through is ALWAYS closed! What about people who are disabled and cannot walk in??? I try to call to ask if the drive through is open, before driving all the way over, but no one ever answers the phone! Do better CVS!

So far every CVS I’ve been to has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly and more than helpful. My local CVS is awesome. I grow so annoyed by the rudeness in retail stores these days. I never have to worry when going to CVS. Plus they have great weekly sales that save me money. Please never change CVS
