We paid for youth sized basketball jersey and shorts. Instead we were sold ADULT sized jersey and shorts this past youth basketball season. When the coach told CRYERS it was the wrong size, Cryer's informed the coach and us that they would fix it. Week later they turned around and said it was our fault for ordering the wrong size and that there's nothing they can do, even though it was Cryer's who gave us the wrong size. Bad business practice and deceptive.

Great plaque and trophy store. My company does regular business with them on a quarterly basis to create gifts for people transferring to different locations. We've changed our gift a few times and they're always great at work shopping ideas creating fair pricing and maintaining that price for us. Go see them if you are thinking of doing any kind of plaque, trophy, frame, decals, printed shirts, hats, sweatshirts and more.

I contacted them on Wednesday, and asked to have a coat and hat embroidered with my husbands company logo. I asked to have it done by Friday; as it was an anniversary gift. They not only got it done, but they were so nice and easy to work with. They completely exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous work! We have moved all of our business to them. Can’t thank them enough for their hard work, and for being such a pleasure to work with!

I walked in last minute and asked if they would make me 2 parents shirts for my sons basketball game that was a week away they didn't hesitate asked what I wanted and I showed them they had them made 2 days before the game and they was exactly what I was wanting. I will be using the again in the future
