I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jermaine at Cricket, and I must say the customer service was exceptional! Jermaine's extensive knowledge on sales and devices was evident, and he patiently answered all my questions. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend anyone working here. This company runs through managers. Too much unnecessary drama and the pay is very very low. This is by far the most unprofessional company to wrk for and shop with. The manager Kendra is very evil and she’s a pathological liar. The district manager is the exact same way. I absolutely hated here. DO NOT BUY OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Tiffany was very nice and sweet when I bought a new phone and everything she was fast at setup my phone. If anyone want good people and lower your bill go see miss Tiffany she is the best.

Normally don't have an issue here when the adult woman is working the counter however today there was a male and female look like teenagers working and completely changed the experience. As I walked in the door they both came out of the back room looking rather disheveled and nervous when I asked to transfer a number they were told me they couldn't do it so when I went to went to Add a line it became a problem, so I attempted to create a new service and they started adding additional add-ons without talking to me first and then gave me the total of over $200 when it was originally supposed to be 65 so after fixing that snafu the total will still $101 so I said fine and they told me that oh you can't pay with the virtual card it has to be a physical card sorry and close the transaction so I walked out that being said I'll stick with cricket and will continue to go to that store only if the original woman that I've worked with multiple times is there any other kids I would recommend walking away or going somewhere else unfortunately. As a note have you cricket for multiple months now with zero issues correction there was one issue at the beginning and it was quickly fixed by calling customer service they took care of the problem even credited me for the the month that my hotspot wasn't working so I highly recommend cricket and this store as long as the original woman's working

I believe my rep was Amanda and there was a store manager but I forgot her name. Anyways, they helped me last night and we ran into some issues but they told me how to get it resolved. They tried their best to get it resolved in the store but customer care closed down . That wasn’t their fault though. They tried to go above and beyond to get it resolved. Anyways I didn’t have a phone until the morning. But with the great instructions they gave me, I was able to get helped in 15 mins. So I would say their customer service was wonderful!!! I left there a little worried but I just worry myself a lot. But everything they said worked out. The service is working great and the prices are amazing!!!

I went in to pay my bill yesterday and I didn’t realize I was lacking $3 (Kimberly) the store manager did not hesitate at all was like don’t worry about it I got it☺️✊ very friendly atmosphere. Thank you again
