CPR ordered my Samsung replacement screen immediately and received the following day. After the initial replacement, I realized I wanted the OEM screen and went back to place an order (paid $100 more for OEM screen) and again, it was delivered the next day and installed within 40 minutes. They honored their warranty without question and it was a great pleasure working with CPR Leesville.
I highly recommend them for your phone needs!

Had an initial issue with communication, but the store followed on on the past review.A few items didn't work after the initial repair. Store stood behind their warranty and fixed the phone for free.

After going an paying 30.00 plus doller for a screen protector they cut there for my 23 ultra the man told me it was good for life if any problems they would have to replace it. well it rolled up on me.went in talked to the other guy today told him what I was told he was like yeah but we don't have any and we didn't have the right size to fit those phones..wow really. 10 out of 10 I don't recommend.

after explaining the nature of the problem with my computer, the associate quoted me the possible costs depending on the required repairs. I left the system with him, went home, and he called me a few hours later and told me it was ready. the cost was on the low end of the range he had earlier quoted and the system works fine. completely satisfied with the total service.
