Should have know better! Always lines are packed to check out anytime after 5-8pm. Any walmart in the NOLA area is a joke when it comes to checking out. I have no suggestions. They know what their doing wrong.

Worst Walmart I ever been to most of the employees rude and refuse to help u stood at the jewelry counter for over 30 minutes trying to buy something and csms are a joke the last thing this Walmart cares about is customer service especially a cashier named Dawn 25 years of service really she was the first one I asked to call someone to help me she didn't even bother then when my mother tried to check out Dawn wanted my I'd so my mother could buy beer even though I had already checked out and paid for my purchases the only reason they got one star is Vanessa she and this older gentleman were the only 2 willing to help someone.... Went today still as horrible as it was then. 4 broken or uncharged electric wheelchair baskets, I had surgery on my hip and neck only 2 months ago I still have swelling and a lot of pain I'm limping around trying to plug in the chairs. Why aren't Walmart team members and managers making sure they are charging these chairs overnight I went to the store at 11am I mean really. Don't have a disability or difficulty walking and try to go to this Walmart

The lines were ridiculous at the LaPlace Walmart! I've read that they're gonna have certain registers open for Spark and Walmart plus customers but I only see one open for Spark customers! What is the deal? Luckily I normally have my stuff delivered but it would be nice to have when I actually go to the store.

I have gone there several times to return something and customer service is always closed. They say it close at 8pm but the store close at 11pm. No where are these hours posted in the store or online. I hate going to Walmart, will not shop there anymore. Couldn't speak with a manager.

Tried returning a meta quest 3 that I bought THE SAME DAY and was denied because the serial numbers on the sticker didn’t match the headset. I called Walmart customer support at the store and they said that those are two different serial numbers and they asked to speak with the managers there to explain that to them. All 3 managers said “I ain’t talkin to nobody.” I showed them the messages from META SUPPORT showing that the serial numbers will never match as one is for the complete set, headset, controllers, and chargers, and each component has their own individual serial number. But the managers REFUSED to acknowledge any of that and treated me like a freaking con artist. The laplace Walmart is the most disgusting, poorly managed, joke of a Walmart I have ever seen in my life. The managers couldn’t manage a lemonade stand.

Look even though I walked out with nothing, because my phone was too old . I was amazed by the service behind the Walmart shield. Especially the woman that helped me in electronics. It is nice to know that people still want to engage into conversation.
Thanks Walmart. You have great people working at this location, that will keep me coming back.

This is a pretty standard Walmart location. In my brief time at the store I didn't notice any issues, and the stock was what I expected.
