Called on the phone to have prescription transfer, they answered quickly, Very helpful and Friendly on the phone. They we're supposed to text when the medication was ready but didn't. I just went and picked the medication up after 2 hours and it was ready but never got any type of notification.

Even though they are "short staffed", the employees seem to be doing very well in assisting customer needs. I travel a lot and it is a breeze to get my records sent to another location if I need my prescriptions filled ASAP.
