I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and on Wednesday nov. 29 2023, I had to go to ER to get a piece of metal out of my eye, when I left the ER I stop as always at Walgreens to get my 2 medications from y’all. Normally when you get there the rep tells you how long the wait would be by this time the person didn’t said a time so I waited it had been 25 minutes so I went to counter and ask if my medication was almost ready come to find out the representative had not even put it in the system at this time was eye was so red and hurting from just being drill I was so fed up because out of 2 medications I was only able to get one. I will not be coming back to this Walgreens ever. Bad customer service on y’all behalf. ??

Very rude customer service.Lie to you that there was no medications. Unfounded accusations by the technician.Technicians are not very efficient.

The LaPlace Walgreens tech young black millennium started harassing me with unfounded accusations when I was asking for my medicine that was the doctor prescribed four days earlier which I still have not received.Mrs Bates said the medicine would be in today they also lied about the Xanax they had known which was a lie Louisiana board of pharmacy never heard of this before.The technicians do not know how to be courteous and respectful.They lack communication because they lazy and they don't want to do that job. They do not care about you the patient.That may change in the near future!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY I have been to. I had to drive to Destrehan to another pharmacy to get my prescription fully refilled because they “did not have my insurance on file” but every pharmacy I have been to since I stopped going there pulled up my insurance with no hesitation or issues.Completely unprofessional and lazy workers. They don’t practice healthy customer service/interactions and they use their ability to make your day harderThe fairer skinned , heavy set women who i think is a pharmacy tech does not need a job. Everyone needs training in there it was absolutely disgusting and I have saved 4 of my family members from this horrendous service. We trust the pharmacy to take care of our medical needs and also assist with any help with medication and they do not.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON THIS!

The Walgreens in LaPlace is by far the worse pharmacy around. I called the pharmacy several times during the week to see if they had a particular medication in stock. Twice, I was told no. It was on back order. The 3rd time I called I was told that info could not be given out over phone which I totally understand but how were 2 different employees allowed to give it out twice. I just had neck surgery and cannot drive. I was told I had to come to drive through and ascertain if they had the med. Of course when I get there I was told they were still out of stock. What a joke. Failed to mention I had to call someone for a ride and inconvenience him. Will never never go to this pharmacy again.

The general staff are okay, but there’s one lady in the Pharmacy Drive-Thru that has terrible customer service. I came in to try to refill a prescription and she was rolling her eyes at me, acting like she didn’t care.

The district manager whom oversees this store location in Laplace, LA needs to be aware of the continuous arrogance and rudeness that the pharmacy staff displays to customers. Lack of professionalism and lack of compassion is an understatement. I called at noon today on 1/27/21 to inquire if my prescriptions were ready and i was advised they had just received the scripts. When I asked approximately when they would be ready I was told " You're in the system and it'll just send you a message." I never received a message and called at 6pm to inquire on the status. I was advised it was ready and the staff has no answer and completely ignored my question of why I didn't receive a notification earlier. I advised l would be coming through the drive-thru to pick up my prescriptions and was given a prompt hang up and disconnection. I drove to this location and the drive thru was closed and shade pulled down at 6:15pm on a Wednesday night. I feel an action plan is needed for this store and some diversity/inclusion training classes for the management and staff wouldn't be bad idea either. This is the third time I have experienced issues with the pharmacy staff and it is very disappointing and discouraging.

I've been waiting in line in their drive-thru pharmacy for a long time, and the line has barely moved. Between only serving one customer at a time and doing that abysmally slowly, I am very much regretting switching my prescriptions here. It would have been far faster and less frustrating to stick with driving to Destrehan each time.

Don't come here in a hurry. Been sitting in line for the drive through for more than 40 minutes now and still haven't made it to the window. The car in front of me has been sitting at the window for 12 of the 40 minutes of my life wasted. Either get faster employees or shut it down. This is ridiculous
