My experience was great!!! From customer service that made you feel like you mattered to them to the size and price of the pod. In this world of lax treatment of customers talking to them was just like a breath of fresh air. Tara was excellent. Give her a raise!!

I cannot thank storage PUP enough. They have truly been so amazing, especially during these difficult times we were faced with during hurricane Ida. Ms. Tara is who I dealt with the entire time and she was so compassionate and worked with us so diligently. We had to utilize our POD for one year and it was just picked up this morning. Thank you all for being so wonderful and for just being here and helping us get through all of this shenanigans while our home was under complete renovations. We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know and will use your services again in the future if needed.
