Customer service very poor. My appointment was at 11:40, I arrived knocking on the door at 11:41 to be greeted with it's 11:42, sorry if I was cutting into your closed for lunch period as I too work with a very hectic schedule being a professional and I do believe in promptness. They did get me in and out which is appreciated, please have some courtesy and maybe smile and explaining the process might be helpful as well.

Terrible experience. Very secluded with no signage makes it hard to find. Came in to get a TWIC and was denied entry due to no facemask. Walked back to my truck and got a shirt to cover my face. Now I'm here on a Monday to pick up my TWIC at 8:30am and its closed with noone to answer a phone call. Website says it opens at 8:30. Would advise taking business elsewhere as this place makes it a hassle to do anything.

I was treated grossly unprofessional. I had a woman walk up to me, open the door and tell me to leave after not having a mask. I was not shown any hospitality, I was escorted out. I was told to "go buy a mask". I was not rescheduled, I was not spoke to like a human. She was short with me and shut her door. I wasn't spoke to like I was a customer or a individual. I continued to tell them that I did not have one, so instead of rescheduling for me or offering me a mask, she told me to go get a shirt. She threw me out like it was her own home. I am disgusted. This lady should absolutely be fired.Your employee DID NOT inform me they were out of masks. Nothing about this was polite or I would not have left a poor review. I was not told to return or reschedule. I do not appreciate being made to seem as if I was over assuming the situation. Also, I did not walk out the door, the employee walked to ut and opened it while gesturing for me to walk out. Nothing about this was polite. Thank you for responding and letting me know that the truth holds zero weight with this office. Lastly, I said verbatim " I heard you the first time, should I reschedule?" That needed to be said since you all continued to cut me off about me not wearing a mask. No direction or help was given.Also to edit: they deleted their response to this.

Worst service ever, no perfectly clear signs in the door to explain well for entrance , dark tinted windows you’ll think the office is abandoned, then to top things off at 11:30 they come out to say after 15 minutes standing at the door lost , that there not gonna take anyone else until 12:30 for there break , when on google it states that there lunch is at 12 , very unprofessional in my opinion
