Assistant service manager had attitude while providing poor service. Also, GM issued a service bulletin regarding the issue i was having and Geaux Cheverolet decided to change other parts instead of checking the parts the service bulletin specifically said was the issue.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! The dealer I had lied about the state of my car and made excuses when I brought it to their attention after I had purchased and tried to bring it back. A year and a half later and I am finally making this review because I think there’s some slimy things going on behind the scenes. My door still makes a noise when it opens that they assured me would go away with time. I learned my lesson that you can’t trust a lot of car dealers and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere that is more honest and transparent with the state of their used vehicles.

Sold me a lemon and their communication and will to makeup for their own wrongdoings is pitiful. Don’t ever expect them to reach out to you while your vehicle is in their possession being “worked on” and be ready to be lied to and strung along for weeks or months at a time.
No one enjoys being upside down and stuck in a piece of crap that always has something wrong with it(;

I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option. They took advantage of a very young, single mother, and sold her a piece of garbage. In less than a month, she started having engine problems. I had to fight with them just to get them to give her a loaner. We live over an hour away from this place so I felt it was the right thing to do, considering she had just purchased the car. After getting the car to them, they would never call and give us updates. We had to call them and leave messages and wait days for them to respond to us. Each time they did respond, they had a different lie to tell. Initially, they told me they had an engine ordered. After several weeks, Still no completed repairs. I call back and they tell me they have to get it approved before they can order an engine. But, they had already told me they already ordered an engine. Then they say they ordered an engine again. Again, we wait several weeks with no calls. I’m getting very frustrated at this point. I then find out that the service advisor no longer works there and they completely forgot about us when the new service advisor took over. She was extremely nice, but still lied like the previous service advisor. We finally get told a reman engine is getting put in the car. We finally get the car back after months of it being there and within one week, the car starts doing the exact same thing. When we called back to get it back in, they become argumentative with me and refused to give my daughter a loaner for them to look at the car again. Bean, the manager, was extremely rude. I still have his texts. My daughter bought this used piece of crap and purchased an extended warranty with it, and was still done this way. Almost a year later, we have taken money out of our own pockets to fix numerous things on this car, including, the engine, the water pump, the air conditioner. Do not trust these people. They are crooks. Keep in mind, this was a very young, single mother of two very small children who did not have a vehicle to get back-and-forth to work. I left a review about them when it all first started and Bean told me if I would take the review down, he would make everything right. I took the review down, but the car was never fixed. Now my daughter is upside down in a piece of garbage car that she can’t get rid of that is continuously breaking down. I will never do business with these people and I will make sure everyone knows how awful they are.

Labor price to do the job $101.73 tho change a fuel filter is over priced takes minutes to do and charge that price is not cool. Will never be back to your dealer. Oil change and fuel filter $340.19 is completely stupid. I can change oil in my D9 cat dozer cheaper than that. I will do my on oil changes from now on. Another thing putting a price buy back in my truck was insulting $61,000 for a truck I just paid $80,000 for was insulting lol. Come talk to the owner next time don’t put a stupid paper in a persons truck. Screw you on oil changes and let’s screw you on the price offer . No thanks Bud.
