Overnight staff suck. Staff in store but doors are locked saying they are closed. Then be having an attitude.

Clean every coffee machine at one time.they advertise how great the coffee is yet if you decide to try a cup in the evening EVERY MACHINE out of like ten is being cleaned.couldnt they clean like nine and leave one available for customers to try the "crazy good coffee"or whatever? doesn't seem too unreasonable but I don't maybe it never occurred to them.

Inconsistent with the checking of identification. Told I couldn’t use LA wallet app when I thought that businesses were required to accept it (or at least it said so when I took the ATC training back in august). Seems like this place makes their own rules whenever they feel like it to convenience themselves.

So the roller grill items say they are $1.89 plus tax well the cashier tried to charge me for the wrong thing which was a chicken empanada which I didn’t not get okay she tried to charge me $3.06 . Told her the sign says $1.89 per roller grill item but caught an attitude instead. I come here everyday and get the same stuff from that section. Lost my service ?♀️

*****CUSTOMERS!!!*****If you are looking for an early morning stop for coffee breakfast and fuel going to or from work, don't waste your time here. You are better off driving a couple of minutes out of your way than to try your luck here.***OWNER/FRANCHISING SUPERVISOR***This location is supposed to be open 24/7. Every morning I've stopped between 4am-6am, the doors have been locked. I gave the benefit of the doubt (well over a year ago) the first couple of times, assuming the employee was alone, etc. requiring a locked door to ensure safety. This morning, once again, I arrive to find the doors locked with the parking lot packed... I wasn't in a rush, so I decided to hang around out of curiosity and observe the place.1.) I watched two employees walking around inside the store. That eradicated my theory of only one person at the location, causing a safety concern.2.) My thoughts about the possibility of the store being locked for the overnight shift, and opening after shift change was also disproved because of the various times I have stopped over the last year.3.) Figured since I was sitting here watching, I may as well call the employees inside the store to see what they would say about it. After FOUR attempts, I finally see an employee walk over and pick up the phone. I was informed they were closed. I asked why when it's supposed to be 24/7 and was told they couldn't open the doors without a cashier.4.) While still on the phone, I asked why they couldn't at least inform everyone waiting outside that the store was closed due to lack of coverage (a note on the door would've sufficed). She said, and I'm paraphrasing; they were too busy doing their own stuff to worry about the customers.5.) I politely let her know that a vendor was also waiting to make a delivery, and was told... AGAIN...that they wouldn't open door for them as well because they had nobody to run a register (what does that have to do with allowing a vendor to make a delivery, so they can continue on their way with their job?).I'm a loyal Racetrac customer, when this happens, I typically just stop at another location along my route. I can't even begin to imagine how many customers you lose there due to this happening so frequently. To give you some perspective on how frequently this has been occurring at this store... In the last SEVEN mornings, I stopped at this location five times. Of those FIVE mornings, I was met with locked doors THREE TIMES.You may want to review the schedule and find the staff who is locking your store, and trace them back on cameras to see just how long they have been doing this. Your inside sales alone should be a definite paper trail of what is transpiring.
