Ordered a part for my Ford SUV. Part. I was told I'd be called when it arrives for installation. I called a week later to see if it came in and was told it came in last week a day after it was ordered.

I was very upset with how i was treated at the service center. I purchased my vehicle here at Bayou Ford and was told that i should receive my first oil change free. When i arrived, GABRIEL, told me if i didn’t buy it new that i didn’t receive the free oil change. I politely asked well how much would it cost for an oil change since i drive all this way. He proceeded to ask what kind of vehicle i have i said GMC, GABRIEL then says he couldn’t tell me the price or do my oil change because it’s GMC. I was willing to pay for my oil change instead he refused to even look in the computer to tell me how much it cost. If i brought the vehicle there they did an oil change on it before i purchased how you cant tell me what kind of oil and how much it is? It’s in the system!! But GABRIEL refused to help me out. Told him i was going out of town and Needless to say i left with no oil change total blank tripService center didn’t service me
