A lot of the workers are lazy now over there I been going to this Carwash now since the first day it open.. now this one lady I think her name is Janine she the only one with real good customer service and she’s very polite the rest of the staff needs to be replaced

They're was a guy, there next to me, in the Laplace area, he help me, with my car, he just went through the wash, but his truck was still dirty so he talked to the manager, he said, ok no problem run it, again. So he did, but the other manager, disapproved, called the police on him. Because his feelings were hurt. But he lied, on the customer. This was horrible. I will never go back, spend my money. Facility is nice, but I will not be back. Did not get to vacuum or clean my mats, or anything else. I needed to use their restroom, and I was denied. Staff only. I pay monthly for a platinum wash for the last 3 years! Will not be back to this location. There are other options!

The manager was very professional and knowledgeable! He worked hard at fixing the drive thru car wash so that it was accessible before turning me away! Also gave me a gift for the inconvenience!

Car wash is pretty good. They at least do have the pre wash brushes to remove bugs. Unlike the other car wash that's down the road.
